We want you to feel great about your membership. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, if you’re not completely satisfied and we can’t make it right, we’ll give you a full refund within the first 30 days of your membership.
After the first 30 days, your membership is non-refundable, and you’ll have 12 months to use all your included visits. While we don’t refund unused visits, we do allow you to roll over up to 4 visits into your next membership year if you decide to renew.
