You'll get two monthly visits from your technician, a simple app to manage your to-do list, and a support team to help with larger projects or emergencies. Our service is designed to keep your home in great shape without the stress of finding different contractors for every small job.

  • Our skilled technicians can handle a wide range of tasks, from small repairs and installations to preventative maintenance. These include, but aren't limited to, changing light fixtures, replacing air filters, fixing leaky faucets, patching drywall, and assembling furniture. Our support team can also help coordinate with specialized tradespeople for more complex jobs like major plumbing or electrical work.

  • All My Repair Care technicians are full-time employees, not contractors. They are thoroughly vetted, undergoing comprehensive background checks and a rigorous screening process to ensure they possess the necessary skills and experience. We prioritize professionalism and safety, so you can trust the person working in your home.

Technician Visits

  • Your membership includes two visits each month. We'll work with you to create a home maintenance plan and schedule visits at your convenience. You can easily manage your to-do list and book appointments through our app.

  • During your initial free consultation, a technician will assess your home's needs and help you create a personalized maintenance plan. They'll document your major appliances and systems and identify any small repairs or maintenance tasks that need to be done.

  • Yes, our technicians can handle the procurement of parts and materials for your projects. We'll discuss these costs with you upfront, and they will be billed separately from your membership fee.

Subscription and Billing

  • Our membership model is designed to provide you with consistent, proactive home care. By having a dedicated technician who gets to know you and your home, we can help you stay ahead of maintenance issues before they become major problems. This approach saves you time and money in the long run and gives you peace of mind.

  • The membership cost varies based on your location and the specific services you need. We'll provide you with a clear pricing breakdown during your free home walk-thru.

  • We want you to feel great about your membership. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee—if you’re not completely satisfied and we can’t make it right, we’ll give you a full refund within the first 30 days of your membership.

    After the first 30 days, your membership is non-refundable, and you’ll have 12 months to use all your included visits. While we don’t refund unused visits, we do allow you to roll over up to 4 visits into your next membership year if you decide to renew.

  • We're confident you'll love our service. If you're not completely satisfied within your first 30 days, we will work to make it right or provide a full refund of your membership fee.

  • Any costs for parts and materials are billed separately from your monthly membership fee. Your technician will provide a quote, and we'll get your approval before making any purchases. You'll receive a clear invoice detailing all material costs.
